We collect the information you send us directly, such as your name, email address, company details, project context, and any files or source data you choose to provide for evaluation or delivery.
We use this information to assess fit, run demonstrations or pilots, generate warehouse outputs, provide support, improve SNADLY, and maintain normal business records.
Customer data is handled for the agreed project purpose. We avoid using production data where representative sample data is enough, and we keep access limited to the people and systems needed to perform the work.
We may use reputable infrastructure, communication, analytics, and development services to operate SNADLY. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
